We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

CANCELLATIONS: If you have to cancel any order, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at our customer care service +91-84276-00760. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2%) if the payment mode is prepaid.

RETURN: We humbly don’t take returns on items sold once.

DAMAGED DELIVERY: If it’s a damaged/defective product such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at enquiry@endicopowertools.com along with a photo of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 24 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a resolution.
